Shipping & Returns

Holosun Croatia delivers to all countries of the European Union. Since our warehouse is located in Croatia, there are no customs formalities or additional customs fees for orders within the EU.

Shipping

We process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Should an item be unavailable or there be any discrepancies with your order, we will of course inform you before shipping. Shipping Conditions: Free shipping within Europe for orders over €100. Shipping via GLS. No customs fees for deliveries within the European Union. Delivery Times: Croatia: 1–2 business days. EU countries: 1–7 business days, depending on the destination country. Shipment Tracking: After shipment, you can track your order online via GLS. Please note that shipment tracking may not be active until up to 24 hours after the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.

Goods Receipt

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address with your order, including house number and name on the doorbell or door, as well as a valid mobile phone number. Clear delivery and return instructions are considered an important best practice in online retail.

Please note the following upon receipt of your shipment:

  • Have a valid form of identification ready.
  • Immediately check the package for visible transport damage.
  • If the package is damaged, please do not accept it, inform the delivery person, and contact us immediately.
  • Should a concealed defect be discovered after opening the package, please contact us directly so that we can process the case in accordance with the law.

Returns & Complaints

You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt. In online retail, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Return requirements: The goods should be unused and undamaged. Returning the item in its original packaging is recommended, but not mandatory for acceptance. Please pack the item securely for transport. Return shipping costs: The buyer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. If you have received the wrong item or the goods are defective, we will of course cover the shipping costs and send a replacement at our expense. Please contact us before any return. Many retailers organize the return or collection directly, which makes the process safer and clearer than a self-arranged return.

Packages sent freight collect or cash on delivery will not be accepted. If you arrange the return yourself, please ensure secure packaging and traceable shipping.​
