General Terms and Conditions

Terms of Purchase

The supplier of the ordered goods is HOLOSUN, headquartered in Croatia.
A customer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one product through the online store, fills in all required data, and submits the order.
All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include VAT.

Ordering Goods

Goods are ordered electronically via the website.
By clicking the "Add to Cart" button, the selected product is saved in the shopping cart.
The goods are considered ordered when the customer completes the entire ordering process and receives an order confirmation via email.
Holosun.hr commits to delivering all ordered products that are in stock.
If the delivery of a specific product is not possible, we will contact the customer by phone or email to arrange a replacement or cancellation of the order. All other available products will be delivered.

Shipping of Goods

The delivery time is up to 7 working days, depending on the destination.
Products are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Upon receiving the shipment, the customer is required to visually inspect the packaging and, in case of visible damage, immediately report it to the courier or refuse the shipment.
Goods are insured against loss during delivery.
Upon receipt, the customer signs the delivery note, which serves as confirmation of successful delivery.
The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the order; subsequent complaints will not be accepted.

Delivery Method

Delivery within Croatia and EU countries is carried out by the GLS courier service.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the courier service's official price list. Free shipping applies to orders over 100 EUR.

Payment Methods

The customer agrees to pay for the ordered goods using one of the following methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (payment in cash upon receipt — depends on the destination country).

  • Credit/Debit Cards.

  • Bank Transfer / Advance Payment.

Security Statement

Personal data protection is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
For card payment processing and authorization, we use the CorvusPay service, which acts as a data processor.
CorvusPay uses the highest security standards: PCI DSS Level 1, 256-bit SSL encryption, and TLS 1.2 protocol.
Personal data is used exclusively for payment processing and is considered confidential. CorvusPay guarantees compliance with all legal and security standards.

Currency Conversion

All payments are made in Euros (EUR).
If payment is made from a country with a different currency, the amount will be converted using the official exchange rate of the European Central Bank (fixed rate: 1 EUR = 7.53450 HRK, where applicable).

Product Delivery

We deliver to all countries within the European Union.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the valid price list of the delivery service. We cover shipping costs for orders over 100 EUR.

Returns and Complaints

The customer has the right to return goods within 14 days (provided there is a receipt, factory packaging, and the product has not been used) in the following cases:

  • Delivery of products with defects or factory damage not caused during transport.

In the case of a return, the customer must notify holosun.hr by email or phone. Upon receipt of the return, the contents of the shipment are checked – subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
If a replacement product cannot be provided, the customer will be reimbursed for the return shipping cost as well as the amount paid for the product that can no longer be delivered.

Data Privacy

Holosun.hr is committed to protecting the privacy of all customer data. All employees and business partners are required to respect privacy protection principles in accordance with legal regulations.

Changes to Terms

Holosun.hr reserves the right to change these general terms without prior notice.

User Registration

By registering on the Holosun.hr online store, the user confirms that they are over 18 years of age. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information entered during registration.

Website Availability

Holosun Croatia makes every effort to ensure high availability and service quality but cannot guarantee that all website features will always be available or fully meet the user's needs. In the event of technical difficulties or errors, please contact us via the contact form or by phone.

Pricing and Availability

In the case of a product replacement in an order, the final price may differ depending on the price of the replacement item on the day the order is processed.
For promotional items, the price may change if the delivery date occurs after the end of the promotional period.
